Omg, the jacuzzi on the balcony was incredible! 😍 everything was clean & with a fantastic interior. Easy walk to everything. But the coffee at breakfast was terrible. Staff were friendly & efficient.

The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore before our cruise and unwind in the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from setting up airport transfers to making dinner reservations. The design and decor were beautifully contemporary, and our stay in the quiet third-floor unit was perfect. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the addition of a cot for our third person was much appreciated. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the suite was too dark for our liking, and the outdoor bath was disappointing compared to expectations. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Absolutely loved the spacious, clean room with a big bathroom and quiet area away from the tourist hustle; the front desk team was top-notch, and the delicious nibbles at the cozy bar provided a perfect end to a long day. The only downside was being a bit of a trek to San Marco, but hey, plenty of shops to explore along the way! 🌆

The location of this hotel is truly amazing, with easy access to water taxi stops, nearby attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The staff, especially Marco, were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a stay in Venezia. Although the pillows were flat and breakfast was average, the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

I recently stayed at a hotel during Christmas and had a great experience. the first thing I loved about the hotel was the easy access from the airport, with a convenient transportation line. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for me, as it was a short walk away from a major stop. This made it easy for me to explore the city and catch the bus back at the end of my trip. Additionally, the hotel itself was great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. the beds were comfy and there was even a welcome pack provided.

There was really nothing that I disliked about my stay at this hotel. the only small issue I had was the shower leaking water onto the bathroom floor.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is located in a quieter area, away from the tourist crowds, which was exactly what I was looking for. The service staff were super friendly and made all efforts to accommodate my requests. The room had all necessary amenities like a TV, air conditioning, mini-bar and soundproofing. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities like the jacuzzi and sun terrace. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends if they are looking for a comfortable stay in an area that's not too crowded.

Explored the charming Jewish Ghetto, enjoyed a Spritz at sunset on the terrace, and had a privileged experience in a Jacuzzi Room with stunning views. Also, felt like I was in a Venetian palace at a fancy Carnival party.

Dark and disco-like decor, but who needs good lighting when you're busy having a fabulous time?
